One capacity, never two billing lines
Billable capacity is the higher of your active screen count and active physical-player count. A screen shown on several players is not counted twice.
BUSINESS example: 1 screen shown on 10 players represents 10 capacity units, all included.

How is Agency activated?+
Create your Agency directly. Checkout grants capabilities only after confirmed payment.
Can I start on a standard plan and upgrade to Agency later?+
Create a new parent Agency and keep your current Organization as its first client. Its screens, Players, users, media, broadcasts and rules are preserved. The Self-Service operation is irreversible; the solo subscription is stopped, prorated credit is applied and billing moves to the Agency.
What counts toward capacity?+
For BUSINESS, billed capacity is the larger of active screens and billable physical Players; the two counts are never added together. AGENCY counts included or additional client Organizations.
Can I start with NeuroDisplay web pages and go physical later?+
Yes. NeuroDisplay web pages let you build and test your full rule logic before buying hardware. When you're ready, move to an eligible paid plan and connect a physical screen. Your setup carries over.
What's the difference between PRO and PRO+?+
PRO includes up to 1 screen and 1 active Player. PRO+ adds Live Control, authorized mobile Actions, and temporary content, with a combined capacity of 3 devices: active screens and assigned physical Players.
How is extra capacity billed?+
PRO is limited to 1 screen and 1 Player. PRO+ applies a hard combined quota: active screens + assigned physical Players ≤ 3. BUSINESS includes 10 capacity units, then €9/month per unit. AGENCY includes 25 client Organizations, then €8/month or €80/year per additional Organization.
Is AI included?+
Yes. Each plan includes monthly NeuroDisplay AI credits for Magic Media Studio. Additional packs of 100, 500 or 1,000 credits are offered in ND2 for EUR 19, 79 or 139 excl. tax as one-off purchases. They do not change your Plan or screen capacity.
