Sell a passage objective. Control how it is delivered.

NeuroDisplay connects advertisers, campaigns, authorized advertising screens, capacity, contextual creatives, confirmed render evidence and commercial follow-up in one dedicated workspace.

€299/month or €2,990/year excl. tax. 25 active authorized advertising Screens included; €15/month or €150/year excl. tax per extra Screen. Activated after payment confirmation. Existing Screens are never enabled for advertising without your explicit choice.

Campaign objective

10 000

confirmed passages to allocate and monitor

4,000

City centre

3,500

Retail

2,500

Sports venue

Each Screen keeps its allocated objective; pacing shows on target, ahead, behind or at risk.

The business problem

A playlist schedules media. A network must manage a commercial commitment.

An advertising operator needs to know what was sold, where it can run, how much capacity remains and what the Player actually rendered.

Agency

Manage client organizations, their displays and their service relationship.

Advertising network

Manage advertisers, campaign objectives, authorized screen inventory, delivery evidence and commercial follow-up.

Campaign volume

Allocate 10,000 passages across Screens before publication

A Campaign carries one sold objective. The operator allocates that objective across eligible Screens, reserves available capacity and then follows confirmed delivery against each allocation.

Concrete workflow

1

Define the objective

Record 10,000 passages for the Campaign, its period and eligible time windows.

2

Allocate by Screen

Distribute 4,000, 3,500 and 2,500 passages across three authorized Screens.

3

Reserve capacity

Verify available, already reserved and remaining capacity before the operator publishes.

4

Track actual delivery

Compare confirmed passages with the expected pace and likely shortfall.

Pacing status by Screen and Campaign

On target

Confirmed delivery follows the expected curve.

Ahead

Confirmed delivery is above the expected curve.

Behind

A measurable gap exists but the objective remains reachable.

At risk

The projected shortfall requires an operator decision.

Contextual campaign

Different approved creatives, one Campaign objective

The Campaign can select a pre-approved creative from deterministic conditions. Every confirmed rendering still counts against the same allocated Campaign volume.

Unlike a fixed playlist, the creative may change with the configured context while the sold objective, capacity reservation and delivery accounting remain stable.

Morning

Use the approved morning creative during its configured time window.

Above 28 °C

Use the approved cold-drink creative when the validated weather data meets the rule.

Rain

Use the approved rain creative when the configured data source reports that condition.

Approved alternative

If no condition is usable, render the approved alternative instead of improvising a message.

Inventory and capacity

Know what can still be sold before committing it

List, calendar and map views bring together the authorized advertising Screens and their planning context.

Inventory list

Filter Sites and Screens that are explicitly authorized for advertising.

Capacity calendar

Review the Campaign period, eligible windows and existing reservations.

Screen map

Locate authorized inventory and build a coherent geographic allocation.

Capacity is commercial and Screen-based: available, reserved and remaining. Player presence is reported separately so operators know whether the Screen is ready to display.

Proof of Play

A passage is confirmed only after the Player or supported delivery environment acknowledges an actual render under the NeuroDisplay proof contract. Scheduled or sent does not mean rendered.

Proof of Play is render evidence. It is not audience, viewer or advertising impression measurement.

Shortfall

NeuroDisplay compares confirmed passages with the expected pace, quantifies the missing volume and flags a likely shortfall without converting an unknown read into zero.

Makegood

  1. 1.Simulate an extended period or higher frequency.
  2. 2.Widen eligible time windows or add authorized Screens.
  3. 3.Let the operator review capacity and validate the change.

No silent automatic rebalance and no automatic contractual compensation.

Commercial cockpit

Follow sold value and delivery without pretending to be accounting software

The cockpit relates Campaign commercial data to confirmed delivery so the operator can prioritize follow-up.

This is operational commercial monitoring, not legal advertiser invoicing, bank reconciliation, statutory accounting or profitability calculation.

AI prepares. Deterministic systems calculate. The operator decides.

AI assistance is bounded to editable proposals and explanations grounded in existing Campaign data.

Prepare an editable Campaign brief
Propose contextual creative variants
Explain pacing risk and likely shortfall
Suggest bounded makegood options
Summarize commercial follow-up
Reuse canonical Media Library assets

AI does not calculate capacity, confirm Proof of Play, approve creative proof, publish a Campaign or command a Player.

Current product evidence

One operating chain, from inventory to confirmed delivery

The advertising workspace selects Creatives from the same Media Library, applies the same display Rules and uses the same Players as the rest of NeuroDisplay.

Campaign and Screen allocation

A nine-step operator flow keeps drafts editable and publication explicit.

Capacity and screen readiness separated

A Campaign may reserve valid commercial capacity without claiming that an offline Screen is ready to render.

Confirmed-display authority

Only an actually confirmed display counts toward the Campaign objective; retries of the same passage do not inflate counts.

Capabilities shown here are production-validated in the synthetic ND2 advertising-network workshop. No customer data is used.

Frequently asked questions

Does Proof of Play measure audience or impressions?

No. It confirms an actual render under the NeuroDisplay proof contract. It does not measure viewers, audience or advertising impressions.

Can NeuroDisplay rebalance a Campaign automatically?

No. It can identify shortfall and simulate bounded makegood options, but the operator validates every change.

Is the advertising network available through public checkout?

Yes. Subscribe online after creating an account; paid access is activated only after payment confirmation.
