This register presents the general mechanisms applicable. It does not promise exclusive EEA residency where configuration or provider does not allow this to be established.
1. Principle
Some providers may process data or allow access from countries outside the EEA. A2Display minimizes the data and uses, as appropriate, an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another applicable guarantee.
2. Supabase and Vercel
The main Supabase project is configured in eu-west-1. Support access, sub-processors, backups and Vercel functions may involve other regions depending on the Plan, DPA and active configuration. No exclusively European localization is asserted.
3. Resend and OpenAI
Resend can process in Ireland and the United States depending on the functions used. OpenAI processes according to the API account, its DPA and its applicable terms. Transfers use applicable contractual mechanisms and data is limited to the requested action.
4. Stripe
Stripe processes certain data as an independent controller for payment, security and fraud, and may have a contextual contractual role for certain operations. Its own transfer documents apply.
5. Monitoring
Unaccessible account details are tracked in the internal registry OPERATIONAL_EVIDENCE_TO_COMPLETE. They are not replaced by an unproven factual assertion. No Data Privacy Framework mechanism is claimed without verification.
